In order to solve your customs clearance troubles, we chartered a plane to send your package to the United States. Please note that no tracking information will be updated until customs clearance is complete. It will take around 5-8 working days to arrive in your country and clear customs. Please wait patiently.
After completing customs clearance for your package, we will hand over your package to FedEx and they will deliver it to you. Also, FedEx will update the tracking information for your package. Please keep a close eye on your package tracking in case something goes wrong (e.g., suspension of tracking, lost items, etc.) until it is delivered.
Customs Duties and Taxes
In some countries, import taxes might be required at delivery. It usually ranges from $100 to $150 and up, depending on the doll. The buyer is responsible for import taxes and fees.
