How to Track Your Order
All rosemary dolls are shipped directly from China where our Factory is located. We will send a tracking number to your email box once your doll is shipped.

In order to solve your customs clearance troubles, we chartered a plane to send your package to the United States. Please note that no tracking information will be updated until customs clearance is complete. It will take around 5-8 working days to arrive in your country and clear customs. Please wait patiently.
After completing customs clearance for your package, we will hand over your package to FedEx and they will deliver it to you. Also, FedEx will update the tracking information for your package. Please keep a close eye on your package tracking in case something goes wrong (e.g., suspension of tracking, lost items, etc.) until it is delivered.
Customs Duties and Taxes
In some countries, import taxes might be required at delivery. It usually ranges from $100 to $150 and up, depending on the doll. The buyer is responsible for import taxes and fees. We will provide the assistance you need during this process. So, you don’t have to worry too much, relax, it’s not a big deal. (NOTE*: Customers in the US do not need to pay any import taxes and fees.)
Here are some of the countries in Europe that do not have to pay customs duties: United Kingdom, Netherlands, Germany, France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Poland, Slovenia, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Croatia, Finland, Sweden, Denmark, Austria, Bulgaria, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Hungary, Greece, Portugal, Italy, and Spain.
For customers in Canada (CAN), Norway (NOR), Australia (AUS), South Africa (SA), and certain other countries, we’re happy to share up to 50% of the duty fees (up to a maximum of $150 USD) with you. We’ll also take care of the communication with customs to make the process hassle-free. Typically, the extra cost is around $150 in total, and we can give you an estimate before you make a purchase in most cases.
