Doll Lab Ep. 29: MD Doll “Nia” – A Stunning Deep-Complexion Beauty
Today’s Doll Lab feature is something truly special — I just reviewed Nia, one of the few deep-complexion full silicone dolls from MD Doll, and she completely exceeded my expectations.
MD Doll is known for their expressive facial sculpts and soft-tissue detailing, but with Nia, they pushed things even further — especially with her movable brows and cheeks, realistic oral structure, and beautifully sculpted curves.

Height & Weight
Nia stands 166 cm tall and weighs about 38 kg (84 lbs).
Yes — she’s on the heavier side, but once you understand how to hold and rotate her body, she becomes surprisingly manageable. Moving her or adjusting poses takes a bit of effort, but nothing too challenging.
Face Makeup
Nia’s facial sculpt is very eye-catching, with:
a deep, warm complexion
beautifully shaped features
expressive movable brows and cheeks
full, clearly shaped lips
and a highly detailed oral cavity with visible teeth and a soft tongue
Her lashes and painted brows are nicely done, though the ultra-soft silicone head means some parts aren’t perfectly crisp — a common trade-off with soft silicone heads.
Still, her expressions are incredibly fun to play with: wink, blush, surprise… she brings a lot of life to the room.
Body Makeup
Her body texturing is one of her strongest points:
fine pores across the skin
subtle veins on the chest and thighs
realistic nipple orifices
beautiful shading along the abdomen, legs, and collarbones
and even goosebump-like micro-textures on the thighs
Hands and feet are a little simpler, but the overall finish is impressively realistic.
Softness Test
Nia offers a mix of soft and firmer zones that feel natural:
Breasts: soft, cushiony, and very pleasing to squeeze
Midsection: firmer near the upper belly, softer below
Hips: not gel-filled, so slightly firmer
Thighs & Legs: thinner silicone layer, but still comfortable with a natural feel
This combination makes holding and posing her feel very close to interacting with a real human body.
Flexibility
Her EVO skeleton is slightly tight in the shoulders and waist but looser in the hips and knees.
This gives her:
stable upper-body posing
smooth wrist rotation
forward/back ankle movement
and easy natural poses like sitting, kneeling, leaning, or lounging
Overall, she’s fun and intuitive to pose.

If your budget is under $55, unfortunately we don’t carry full-body latex dolls in that price range. Our products start from higher-quality TPE and silicone dolls, so prices are much higher than latex inflatables.
For a $35–$55 budget, an inflatable latex doll from Amazon or local shops might be a better fit. If you ever consider a more realistic TPE or silicone doll in the future, we’re happy to help!
