Zelex’s upcoming SLE series, set to be launched on October 20th, 2023, is poised to bring a fresh choice to the silicone doll market. According to Zelex staff, this series features new products developed using in-house materials, a novel silicone material referred to as “ultra-soft silicone.”

The all-new SLE 3.0 has officially launched in the U.S. market.

- Full-body ultra-soft inner core, using the same craftsmanship as the Fusion series

Does this line offer Hard Feet? For all the realisism I’d hope so, however the sale page seems to show only feet with bolts.
Thank you for your inquiry. The SLE material used in our dolls is exceptionally soft and provides a realistic feel. Due to the softness of the material, bolts are necessary on the feet to ensure durability and stability. Unfortunately, this means that hard feet without bolts are not currently an option for this line. If you have any other questions or need further assistance, please feel free to ask!
The feet are hard, but not capable for standing without bolts. I removed the bolts on mine and put a dab of silicone glue in each hole. Looks and feels great, and seals out water. I don’t stand my doll though

Question about the feel of the SLE versus Silicone in the vaginal area. Is the SLE the same feel as the full silicone? I don’t mind paying more for the silicone if it’s much better in feel in vaginal area – but was just curious. What can you tell me about the main feel in difference between SLE and Full Silicone?
SLE stands for S: Safe, L: Less-Vinyl, E: Elastomer. It is a type of platinum silicone developed by Zelex Doll, optimized by adjusting the ratio of mixed components. The key modification is reducing the vinyl content in the silicone formulation.
Vinyl is an essential raw material in silicone production, primarily used to improve flowability, preventing the silicone from being too sticky. This makes the manufacturing process smoother, reduces operational difficulty, and increases production success rates. However, vinyl has significant drawbacks—it is expensive and decreases the elasticity of silicone.
To address this, Zelex Doll reduced the vinyl content and optimized the production process by introducing automated silicone injection technology. This ensures that even with lower vinyl content, production efficiency and quality remain high. As a result, low-vinyl silicone is now successfully applied in doll manufacturing, reducing costs while significantly enhancing elasticity and durability.
In terms of touch and feel, the difference is negligible—it remains just as realistic.
When will these be available for customization. I prefer things like different eye color or removable vagina for easy cleaning, and other zylex dolls have selectable vaginal and anal textures. Right now they just show in stock and zero customization. Waiting for a doll to be made is not the issue.
