In hand, Alessia feels well-balanced for her height. The weight distribution is even, making her manageable without feeling overly lightweight or hollow.

Dual Head Sculpt Option — ID2 & ID4

For this review, IDO Doll provided two different head sculpts.

• ID2 (worn by Alessia)

• ID4, named Selena

Both heads feature:

• Implanted eyebrows and eyelashes

• Handmade resin eyes

• Removable wigs

• ROS mouth design

The overall makeup style is clean and refined. The primary visual difference lies in the cheekbone structure — one sculpt is slightly wider, while the other is narrower, offering different facial personalities.

Makeup Consistency

An interesting detail shared by the factory:

each makeup artist completes only one head sculpt per day. This workflow helps ensure the final result closely matches official reference photos and maintains consistent quality across units.

Body Makeup & Skin Texture — Head-to-Toe Execution

Alessia features full-body skin texturing, extending from the upper torso down to the legs.

On the chest, subtle goosebump-like textures are visible and tactile, closely resembling real human skin. The skin layering is particularly well executed.

According to IDO Doll:

• Standard areas use five layers of body paint

• Key regions reach seven to ten layers

Beneath the surface texture, veins and capillaries are clearly visible. Importantly, these veins appear dimensional, not flat or painted on.

Detailing extends beyond showcase zones. Areas such as:

• Armpits

• Inner arms

• Upper thighs

• Knees

all display natural compression textures, similar to how real skin folds and reacts under pressure.

Hands are also well detailed, with visible veins and tendons. The nipples and areola feature a deep reddish tone that blends naturally with the overall skin color.

Overall, the body makeup feels cohesive and complete, with no obvious weak areas.

Softness & Tactile Feel — Dense, Layered Realism

Alessia is described as a full F-cup figure, with full breasts, buttocks, and fleshy thighs.

In practice, the softness can be described as dense and layered rather than overly loose or watery.

• The chest feels gel-filled, soft with gentle rebound

• Arms, thighs, and abdomen are consistently soft

• Thighs retain structure due to an internal weight-reduction core

When pressing firmly, the core provides support, but the silicone layer above it is thick and elastic enough to maintain comfort and smoothness.

The buttocks share a similar gel-filled softness, offering a balanced, realistic feel.

Overall, this layered softness contributes significantly to Alessia’s skin-like tactile realism.

Skeleton & Articulation — EVO 3.0 Evaluation

Alessia uses IDO Doll’s 3.0 skeleton, paired with a redesigned mold and improved proportions.

Movement feels generally smooth, and posing appears more natural than earlier generations. That said, a few limitations were noted during testing:

• Thigh joints are slightly tight

• Calf joints are somewhat loose, affecting standing stability

• Waist joint is stiff and requires effort to bend

• Fingers do not lock, which actually improves posing flexibility

• Toe joints are present

As expected with mixed hard-soft silicone construction, visible transition lines appear at the wrists and ankles. Other joints — including elbows, shoulders, and neck — perform smoothly.

Realistic Structure Overview

Alessia’s lower design emphasizes realism.

• A full mons pubis with natural skin texture

• Labia are moderately sized with visible folds

• Overall coloration is a deep reddish tone

The internal depth measures approximately:

• Vaginal depth: ~7 inches

• Anal depth: ~6 inches

Both channels feel soft and snug, with internal texturing that adds friction and sensation while maintaining a natural structure.
